The Company implements the organizational, physical, and technical measures provided in the DPA and the IRR to protect personal information. The Company constantly evaluates and improves upon its data security measures to ensure the safety and integrity of the personal information it processes.

How Long We Retain Your Personal Information

Any personal information that the Company collects is manually and electronically used, stored, and recorded.  Only authorized personnel have access to these files. Electronic data are stored in secure local drives of the Company and on a secure online storage platform. The Company’s processing may be performed manually or through automated means.

The personal information you provide to the Company will be retained or stored for as long as the purposes for which they are being processed are not accomplished.

Rights of Data Subjects and Access to Personal Information

The Company recognizes that you are accorded rights over your personal information under the DPA and the IRR, such as but not limited to, the right to access, right to rectification, right to object, right to erasure/blocking of personal information, right to be informed of the existence of processing of personal information, right to data portability, right to damages, as well as your right to file a complaint with the NPC should there be a clear violation of your right(s).
